		<description><![CDATA[BC3&#8217;s Tobacco-Free Policy will take effect beginning Wednesday, July 1 on the Butler main campus and BC3 locations in Cranberry, Lawrence and Mercer counties.  The policy was approved last year to keep in line with state legislation (Senate Bill No. 246).

		<description><![CDATA[Last evening, the College held its 41st Annual Commencement.  Approximately 170 graduating students participated in the event.
Guest speakers included: Brian Morgan, Student Address; Dr. Marlene P. Hassenfratz, Distinguished Alumni Address; Dr. Kathleen M. Howley, Keynote Address; and Regina Spafford, Student Alumni Address.
